Lab Dip & Sublimation

Color accuracy is crucial in apparel manufacturing. Whether you need a precise fabric dye match or bold, custom prints, our lab dip and sublimation services ensure your colors appear exactly as intended.

With lab dipping, we create small dye test swatches to match your specified Pantone or custom color before full production, ensuring consistency across all batches. Our sublimation printing process allows for high-definition, full-color designs that are durable, vibrant, and embedded directly into the fabric for long-lasting wear.

We work closely with our clients to refine color accuracy, fabric compatibility, and print durability—giving you confidence that your final product will look just as you envisioned.

What is Lab Dipping?

Lab dips are essential for ensuring fabric dye colors match brand specifications before full-scale production. Our process includes:
Pantone or custom color matching – Achieve precise color consistency across all fabrics.
Multiple dye variations – Test different dye strengths to find the perfect shade.
Pre-approval process – You review and approve lab dips before bulk dyeing begins.

What is Sublimation Printing?

Sublimation is a specialized printing technique that transfers full-color designs onto polyester-based fabrics. Unlike traditional screen printing, sublimation infuses the ink directly into the fibers, ensuring:
Vivid, high-resolution prints – Crisp details and sharp color gradients.
Long-lasting durability – Prints won’t fade, crack, or peel over time.
Full coverage – All-over designs with seamless integration.

How Our Process Works

  1. Lab Dip Process
    • You provide a Pantone reference or a physical color swatch.
    • We produce test fabric samples with dye variations.
    • You approve the final shade before moving into bulk production.
  2. Sublimation Process
    • You provide your print design in a high-resolution format.
    • We transfer the design onto fabric using heat and pressure.
    • The fabric is then cut and sewn into finished garments.
